How We Use It

Your data is used solely to: (1) process your booking, (2) send booking confirmation and payment invoices, (3) issue your Certificate of Participation, (4) send match-day reminders, (5) respond to your enquiries, and (6) improve our service.

Storage & Security

Booking data is stored in a password-protected CSV file on our web server and is not shared with any third parties except as required by law. Logos are stored in a protected uploads directory. We do not store payment card details β€” payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your form progress and rate-limit submissions. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies by default. If you enable optional analytics, you will be asked for consent first.

Data Retention

Booking records are retained for 3 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. After this period they are securely deleted.
