Email hello@arena2026digital.com with your Certificate ID and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If your booked match is officially cancelled, postponed, or abandoned by the organizing body before 45 minutes of play, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another match at no additional cost.
If a match is abandoned after 45 minutes of play, FIFA's competition rules generally consider the result official. In this case, your spotlight ran on match day and no refund applies.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or your listing was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 14 days of the match. We investigate all disputes fairly and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
